On December 11, the 6th BDO "Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Awards", organized by BDO Limited, was held in Hong Kong. For its outstanding performance in the ESG field, Sino Biopharm won the "Best in ESG Reporting Award" and the "ESG Award of Merit".

The BDO Environmental, Social and Governance Awards, established by BDO in Hong Kong, one of the world's top five accounting networks, since 2018, aim to recognize Hong Kong listed companies that have demonstrated outstanding performance and positive impact in the ESG field. This award showcases Sino Biopharm's outstanding achievements in environmental management and social responsibility over the past year, as well as the industry's high recognition of the Group's ESG work.

In 2024, Sino Biopharm continued to adhere to the ESG work policy of "consolidation and refinement", committed to improving the quality of life for patients worldwide, meeting public demand for health and medical care, and promoting the harmonious development of the company, employees, society, and the environment. The Group actively explores the integration of digitalization and ESG, introducing intelligent equipment and establishing an "ESG Smart Management Platform". This comprehensively optimizes production processes and internal/external communication management, continuously enhances R&D efficiency and medical accessibility, and significantly reduces energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, by continuously expanding the application scenarios for renewable energy, the Group's renewable energy consumption increased by 16% year-on-year in the first half of 2024.
