On September 13, the second event of Sino Biopharm's 2024 ESG Day series was successfully held at the headquarters of Beijing Tide Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Themed "CARE for a Healthier Future", this event was dedicated to popularizing the ESG concept, the Group's "CARE" ESG governance strategy, and Tide Pharmaceutical's ESG practices among employees. It aimed to promote the substantive implementation of Sino Biopharm's ESG work and create a positive atmosphere for the Group's sustainable development.

This event was divided into two sections: a science popularization exhibition and interactive games. In the science popularization exhibition section, the event comprehensively and systematically introduced the highlights and achievements of Sino Biopharm and Tide Pharmaceutical in their ESG work over the years. This was done through the screening of a video on Sino Biopharm's ESG journey and displays of themed modules such as "Tracing Sino Biopharm's ESG Growth 'Path'", "Exploring Tide's 'CARE' Characteristic Path (Care, Accessible, Relationship, Environmental)", and "The Ever-Blooming 'Flower' of ESG Excellence".

The interactive game section attracted the enthusiastic participation of many colleagues from Tide Pharmaceutical. In the two interactive games, "CARE Connect" and "How Much Do You Know About Sino Biopharm's ESG?", everyone actively studied the "CARE" ESG strategy, enthusiastically discussed the Group's ESG concepts, and matched them with ESG actions they were familiar with, creating a very lively atmosphere.

With the successful conclusion of the 2024 Sino Biopharm ESG Day event at the Tide Pharmaceutical station, the ESG concept has achieved a broader and deeper penetration and resonance within Tide Pharmaceutical. In the future, Sino Biopharm will continue to promote the ESG Day series of events among its member companies to enhance employees' awareness and recognition of ESG concepts, and to drive the deep integration of sustainable development principles with corporate strategy.
